Recommended route
- E25 through Luxemburg to Nancy
- In Nancy, take direction Epinal - follow Epinal
- After Epinal direction Vesoul-Besançon (shown in green)
- In Besançon direction Lons-le-Saunier (green)
- In Lons-le-Saunier direction Bourg-en-Bresse (green)
- Alternatively along quiet motorway (paid): before Lons-le-Saunier direction Bourg-en-Bresse (A38) (blue)
- If you have pursued green: ca. 10 km before Bourg-en-Bresse take A40 direction Genève
- On A38/40 follow direction Grenoble
- Keep following Grenoble (green)
- Near Grenoble you will end up on a motorway. Keep following this road in the direction of Sisteron. Two possibilities: blue/paid or green. The motorway soon turns into a two lane road (very nice, views of the Alps)
- Near Sisteron take direction Aix-en-Provence (blue/paid A51 or green)
- Take direction Manosque
- In Manosque follow direction Apt. Coming from the A51: turn left at third roundabout and continue straight on at traffic lights (Shell station); if you have followed 'green': turn right at third traffic lights (Shell station)
- After traffic lights continue in the direction of Apt and leave Manosque. Approx. 1 mile (1½ kms) outside Manosque the road makes a sharp turn to the right. Soon (100 m) after this right turn a small road called Chemin St.Alban comes from the right (three garbage containers). Our house is at the corner on the right hand side.
- Please park the car on the right hand side; our house (the owner's house) is just a little downwards.
From Avignon
- If you come from Lyon, leave the A7 at no.24, Avignon Sud
- Follow the N100, direction Apt-Forcalquier
- You pass through Apt and Céreste
- Ca. 6 km outside Céreste, turn right direction Manosque (D907); continue on the D907
- After ca. 7 km the road turns sharply right and you see at your left Manosque and the valley of the Durance
- Ca. 500 m after this point a little road to the left (Chemin St.Alban), our house 'Lou Campas' is at the corner. Turn left and please park the car directly on the right hand side; our house (the owner's house) is just a little downwards.
