Tariffs
Rental prices incl. gas, water, electricity and rent of linen. Prices
are in Euros. Prices in other currencies will be calculated at actual
exchange rates, taking into account the costs of international money
transfer.
You pay 25% by bank upon receipt of the contract, the remainder in cash
upon arrival.
Bail Euro 150. Bail will immediately be reimbursed, everything being in
order, at the end of the rental period.
Final cleaning Euro 40.
We do advise you to have a separate insurance in case of larger damages
and to take a cancellation insurance.
If you should like to take pets with you, please consult us first.
